At Just Fashion First, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Innerwear and personal-use garments

Customized or personalized products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size or color changes, subject to stock availability.

Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange shipping charges may apply.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the purchase method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
